Named after the founder herself and inspired by VR headsets, everything about CHANEL’s Gabrielle bag is a juxtaposition of heritage and contemporary house codes – from the supple quilted upper and structural base to the mixed metal hardware. The modern re-interpretation of a 1955 design debuted in 2017 as a genderless and versatile style whose sliding straps allow it to be worn over the shoulder, cross-body or around the waist. The interlocking CC charm and burgundy colourway of this version channel the iconic sartorial contributions of both the late founder and creative director.
