Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel was famous for disrupting fashion’s gender norms with her irreverent attitude. This radical spirit is rumoured to have blossomed during her long-term partnership with Arthur Edward 'Boy' Capel, for whom this Boy bag is named. Debuted in 2011 by Karl Lagerfeld as an homage to the founder and polo player’s relationship, it pushes the stylistic boundaries of the label’s more traditional flap bag designs with its hardened rectangular silhouette and chunky lego-brick push-lock. This mini fuchsia version boasts the same defining features alongside a signature quilted border and Gourmette chain.
