This large square CHANEL flap bag boasts a wealth of heritage design elements – the iconic diamond-quilted finish debuted on the label’s very first bag in the ‘50s while the interlocking CC logo is emblematic of the eponymous founder’s nickname, which she earned during her days singing ‘Qui qu'a vu Coco?’ at Parisian cabarets. It suspends from a leather and chain-link top handle – a signature introduced by Karl Lagerfeld when he took over the creative helm in the ‘80s – and opens to a burgundy interior stitched with the intertwined moniker at the inside of the top flap.
