CHANEL’s Duma backpack is rooted in brand history – it takes its name from Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel’s favourite author, while its interlocking CC turn-lock fastenings and leather and chain-link shoulder straps debuted alongside Karl Lagerfeld when he took the creative helm in the ’80s. The diamond-quilted finish is as much a signifier of its quality and durability now as when the technique was first debuted in 1955.
